    1. Should I do research before my first visit?

    You do not have to. If during the interview it becomes apparent that the chosen treatment requires additional tests, these will be ordered during the consultation.

    2. Can I come to my first appointment wearing make-up?

    Before the OBSERV 520X skin analysis, the skin should be clean and without make-up applied.

    3. How do I prepare for the consultation and skin analysis?

    To prepare your skin for the analysis, wash your face at least 12 hours before the consultation and do not apply skin care products (such as creams, toners, etc.) and make-up. This allows us to observe, among other things, the work of the sebaceous glands.

    4. What questions can I be asked during the consultation?

    The questions are primarily aimed at tailoring the best treatment plan that is completely safe for your skin and meets your expectations. During your consultation you may be asked about:
